This page explains what NoVA Water Restoration collects when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We collect only what we need to call you back and help with your home.
What we collect
- What you type into our form: your name, phone number, ZIP code, and, if you add them, your email address, what happened and any notes.
- Basic visit data: pages you view, the site that sent you, your device type and rough location (city level), collected by Google Analytics through cookies.
- Phone calls: if you call us, your phone carrier shares your number with us like any call.
How we use it
- To call you back, schedule a visit and do the work you ask for.
- To send you a confirmation email if you give us your email address.
- To see which pages help people, so we can improve the site.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Who we share it with
We use a few service providers to run the site. They handle your data only to do that job for us:
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Resend delivers the emails sent from our form.
- Google Analytics measures site visits.
If you hire us and file an insurance claim, we send the documentation for your job to your insurer at your request.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits. You can block cookies in your browser settings or install Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works the same without them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (703) 783-7855 and we will take care of it. Virginia residents have these rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act where it applies.
Children
This site is for homeowners and renters. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
